Really great letting agency to for renting. Have had a great experience with them so far. Brad is awesome really helpful through out the whole process from showing me round the property to signing the contract. Also, he has dealt with messages and emails regrading maintenance within the property straight away and had quick responses. Really reliable and super helpful .

Booked a viewing for a property on Tuesday, to visit the flat on Thursday at 12:30. Got a text and email reminder on Wednesday at 12:30, Thursday at 30 minutes past midnight and another at 8:30 in the morning. I walked to the property from my flat on the other side of the city and arrived for 12:30. I rang them up as I arrived to ask for a reminder for the flat number as I was expecting it to be mentioned in the reminder. I was then told the property had been reserved the day before and my viewing had been cancelled since yesterday. Felt like I needed to leave this review because if I hadn’t rang up at 12:30 I never would’ve been told it was cancelled and could’ve been waiting there for ages. Other reviews seem positive so this may have been a one off mistake, but just a heads up in case you need to travel far for the viewing.

A friendly agency, quick to respond and deal with any queries that are brought to them. As winter rolled on, our utilities unfortunately decided to break down. Nicholas Humphreys’ response was quick and in a matter of a week all utilities were repaired, just as winter began. A helpful and warm bunch, I’d recommend them highly to any 1st years who’re unsure of which agency to choose.
