Bond housing group have been a very good experience in letting studio. They are very professional, arranging, understanding and respectful letting agency. Respond very quickly to your questions by phone or email and do the best for you in no time. The studio/housing are very well maintained clean and quiet with good, nice and clean furniture. I'm a worker and i stayed 2 years in one of they studio in the city centre of lincoln and it's been brilliant. For me the all included in the rental month's and the furnished studio is the best in my position. Highly recommended. The best letting agency in Lincoln.

The quality and privacy of my studio is brilliant! When there is a maintenance issue this is dealt with efficiently. Communication with Bond housing/the Landlord/Cloud lettings is very effective and responses are quick! Staff members are also very polite! I have absolutely loved living here, I am in the final year of my Masters degree and my studio was a great space to live for this! Great location (West end) and I was able to have parking included which was really helpful! 10/10

The team at Bond Housing Group has been nothing short of excellent during my stay at one of their modern and affordable studios on Richmond Road, Lincoln. The apartments are well designed, and we felt very safe and secure in the property. Whenever we had a maintenance issue it was solved within a day with no hassle. The landlord and other workers at Bond Housing Group are all very friendly and approachable, making living here a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Bond Housing Group to anyone interested in their properties.

My life changed dramatically last year which left me needing to find somewhere to live. Not only was Rob sympathetic to my situation, he gave me a few choices of studios that he felt would suit my requirements. Not only are the studios built and fitted out to a very high standard, they are beautifully decorated and fully furnished, plus the application process was simple and stress free. I am happy to say I am now one of his tenants and couldn’t wish for a better landlord 😊

Rob has been nothing short of fantastic right from the beginning. From showing me a range of rooms/flats that were within my budget, he also made sure that the flat I liked fitted my budget and was available for me as soon as possible. The flat itself is extremely well maintained and well priced, especially considering that everything was included.
