They really have made a difference. They have, so far, done a great job of finding good quality tenants, and having spoken to the tenants about how they find Student Housing as a managing agent, they tell me they are helpful and responsive.
We are planning extensions and enhancements to our properties this coming year and Faye in particular has been instrumental in managing the process, finding reliable trades and suppliers and negotiating on my behalf whilst keeping me informed.
All in all, they are just very pleasant people to deal with, and as the tenants we have also seem to agree, I couldn't ask for any more.

Amazing housing agency, always quick to help and very accomodating.
Great experience managing my property. Team very prompt in sorting out problems and are always polite. They have a good balance between the Landlord's and Student's point of view as they understand issues from both sides.
I've been with Student Housing for 2 years and have had a good experience. Maintenance issues (which can happen in any house), were resolved quickly. The staff are friendly and polite. Had no issues getting my deposit back both years that I was with them. I definitely would reccomend this company to any student looking for accommodation in Lincoln!
