Karyn and the team at Newton Fallowell we outstanding to work with. Whilst my property was on the market I would get regular calls from Karyn in the office letting me know about interest and viewings that were booked in. They were very accommodating and no pressure was applied to accept bookings if they did not suit our family (too late, football practice etc) They were happy to do all the viewings but equally happy if we wanted to do some of them and would always chase up viewers for feedback that may help with the next viewings. As we were beginning to clear out contents of our house we realised the photographs made the house looked crowded so they were happy to return and update the photographs at no additional cost. Very please with them from start to finish. A* Also, as this was the families first 'proper' move (last time we were first time buyers with no children and hardly any stuff), they took time to answer questions about moves in general and the order in which things happen which was very useful for us.

Having purchased a property to let they found an excellent tenant for me and got him and his family moved in within a month. They are quick in responding to sort out the niggling issues associated with house moves, and have a really good, professional understanding of the market here. Recommended without reservation!
