What an professional experience, really an over and above attitude to pushing through a sale and completion. Sarah Hammond has to be one of the most responsive people in business I have had the pleasure of meeting in recent years, you can tell that her job and her position of influence mean a lot to her and the results speak for themselves. Our purchase was not straightforward, like all conveyances there seems to be extra difficulty when dealing with multiple parties. Sarah made sure to get involved at critical stages, honestly without her attentiveness and positivity I do not think we would have got through to completion. Sarah thank you for helping us, in such a tough time, I am thankful that there are still professionals of this standard, bringing the right name back to estate agents in the UK! Despite one of their properties (In Burton Waters, Two Bedroom Apartment 08/10/2020) not having a tenant, and being on the market for around 4 months, their lettings team were completely unresponsive when I showed interest in the property. I have been waiting 5 days for a response. I have been chasing them for days, and have opted to chase no more. Being a landlord myself in the past, I would be ripping my hair out seeing a business who I pay good money to manage my property, not even reply to leads when asking about a property - especially when the landlord has been out of pocket for 4/5months. Furthermore, I question how quickly they would act if the tenant needed anything if they don't even respond to a lead.

Really bad experience as a prospective tenant. Calls never answered or hardly returned, I was put on hold on two properties just to be told it was rented to somebody else. Rent prices are really competitive but you can't rent, don't know what it is but there is definitely something weird about it.

Victoria tied up our recent house purchase and she was a pleasure to deal with, even through a worldwide pandemic she was pro-active and always responded to emails when needed!
