My partner and I rented our first place together with Mundys last year, and have been amazed at how good they’ve been. I’ve dealt with my fair share of awful letting agents, but Mundys always came back to us quickly if we needed anything and offered help. Jack has helped us with our moving out stuff, which has been very quick too. Thank you Mundys team for giving us a positive start in Lincoln!

We are current tenants and have 0 faults with the service and care provided by Mundys. We have rented with other letting agents in Lincoln and we couldn’t recommend Mundys more. I haven't really got anything bad to say about the team there. My partner and myself rented our first house coming out of uni with them, the team were prompt with any maintenance issues we had, and reasonable when it came to the end of our tenancy. At the end of the day a letting agent has to be the voice of reason between a landlord and their tenants, so people having a go at Mundys for something their landlord is ultimately in control of is a bit unfair. All in all we're happy enough with their service.
