From start to finish our experience with Walter's, namely Donna, was excellent. From the initial meet when first viewing the property Donna has been a tremendous professional. There have been times where I have been "needy" and thrown mini tantrums, but despite this Donna has remained pleasant, informative and supportive; In my mind going above and beyond the remit of her role to deliver an extraordinary level of service. From my perspective I think the biggest compliment I can offer is that having used online estate agents for my last couple of sales, based on price, I would now seriously reconsider and would go straight to see Donna at Walter's as I can't believe how much of a difference I feel her role played in this experience.
