Useless property managers. Take money and offer little in efficiency back. Ignore paying customers and their concerns with the arrogance that distance breeds.

They never sort problems out with the buildings they lease unless you constantly get onto them. Then it still takes weeks and weeks. Avoid.

The worst! Poor service, never respond to query's unless you make a complaint and over priced service charge. Trying to sell my flat because it's got so expensive. Avoid letting this lot be your managing agents if you can!
