Owen Kemp did a great job in helping us to buy a very rare and unique Grade II listed property. There were many challenges along the way due to its age and listing status to get the correct paperwork to allow completion of the sale with a tight time constraint. Owen was super responsive even contacting us on his day off and out of hours to push things through. Really friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Owen and the team.

My partner and I recently started letting a property advertised by Bairstow Eves, it is our first 'home' we're living in together and as such the process of moving was both terrifying and exciting in more or less equal amounts (although very often more terrifying than exciting). Sammy who was the main agent we had contact with was extremely helpful, professional and a comforting voice on the end of the phone. She explained everything well, was concise but informative in her dealings and made the process overall a pleasant experience, which is particularly commendable given the current circumstances of the world. Firstly, Helena came to discuss the sale of our property and we found her very well informed and incredibly professional. She knew exactly how to market our property and we asked her to proceed. Within 2 hours of our house going live, we received a viewing request and within a few days, we had 3 viewings and 3 offers. Our sale was then dealt with by Owen. What a great guy, young but very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm and professionalism. Sadly, our sale fell through but Owen arranged another 2 viewings and within 24 hours of losing our sale, we had re-sold with another 2 offers, we have now exchanged. Everyone at Bairstow Eves Lincoln is brilliant, they are all on the ball and I cannot recommend them enough. I believe Helena is the office manager and she does an amazing job, you get to feel like a valued customer. This is the first time we have used Bairstow Eves but it won't be the last. Well done everyone, during all the chaos of selling, you all add that touch of magic.

Me and my partner were interested in renting a property but didn't really know the best way to go about it. After looking and finally finding one we liked, we got in touch with Bairstow Eves and was put through to a lovely gentleman called Matthew. Matthew was brilliant throughout the process, dealing with any questions and queries we had and took the time to even go out his way to help us find any bits of furniture we may need if needed. We would recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone looking to get on the property ladder and particularly would like to thank Matthew for his hard work in making it all possible.

I have had the pleasure to work with the Owen in Sales and Simon in Rentals twice now at Bairstow Eves and they have gone way above and beyond what I would have expected. They have responded really fast to questions, are incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and work brilliantly as a team. Unlike many agents where the sales team don't work with the rentals - these guys work together just to offer a great seamless service. Owen called me back late last Friday evening, from a dinner event, just to answer a question I had and I don't know anyone that knows the Lincoln rental market better than Simon. I rarely leave reviews, but its so rare to get outstanding service these days that these guys deserved it. Kudos! Thank you!
