Tried to contact this agent numerous times as looking to sell my property. Not one call answered which does not bode well to how the rest of the service would be. Obviously don't need the work. Definitely won't waste my time with them in future. Found another agent and would advise anyone else to not bother with mount & minster!

These guys are great we are currently renting one of their properties, from the start they were very professional and made moving in a breeze and up until now have carried on with the great communication and friendliness, whenever there's been issues with the house etc they've wasted no time in getting things sorted, after having so many problems with the last agency it's like a breath of fresh air.

Very amateur,I would not recommend this company,we discussed the advert for a rental property,they then put it up for the wrong price,friends of mine could not get a viewing,they called to ask me if I would accept tenants that could not afford the place & when I said I didn't want them to advertise the property anymore,they lied & said they had viewings booked but when I asked when for they admitted they didn't have any,dont waste your time with these amateurs

Great communication during our sale. We had a long chain but Dan and James made sure all parties were kept up to date and they held the sale together. Very grateful for choosing a proactive agent!
