Starkings and Watson were fantastic from day 1. The process of getting the house into the market was easy, and their online based viewing tracking system easy to use. We did all of our own viewings so I can't comment on that aspect but the number of viewings and feedback following them was good. The real value came from the after sales service, particularly Melissa and Izzy who were just fantastic. I can't emphasize enough how appreciative we are of everything they did throughout our fairly priced blematic house sale/purchase. They were constantly chasing the required parties for updates, getting involved when things got hairy and just generally kept the whole process moving throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again just simply for the work Izzy and Melissa do!

We had a fantastic experience selling our home through Starkings and Watson. We had ten viewings arranged within 24 hours of going on the market and our first offer came in after just three days. We were particularly impressed with our sales progressor, Melissa, who was brilliantly responsive and was great at keeping on top of the chain when it started to slow down. Selling a property at a good price is never an easy task especially when the property needs work to get it up to scratch. Starkings and Watson attended numerous viewings before finding the right buyer for my property. They have been friendly yet professional, and have responded to every query I had.
