We recently sold and purchased using the Winkworth team in Poringland. As an estate agent myslef i decided to use Winkworth as they had a property I wanted to purchase, so we beleived this would make the process much smoother (which it did). We had 12 viewings on our house which were amazingly handled during COVID and sold for well over the guide. In particular Jamie, Leah and Viv were honest, helpful and professional throughout.
