We had 2 wasp nests, one in the wall cavity and one in the ground. We’d tried our best to leave them be, but after one stung our 5 month old baby we had to do something. Terry came the same day we called, was polite and very educational. My 7 year old asked 1 million questions and he answered each one patiently. Interestingly he is the only pest controller in the UK that relocates wasp nets, which you may think is madness but makes perfect sense. Wasp although can be pests eat aphids and caterpillars, but also they are a defence against Asian hornets. Sadly being in the wall cavity and ground ours couldn’t be relocated, and so Terry studied their flight paths and thouroughly treated the nest entrance areas, and by the next morning not a single wasp. Can’t recomend him enough, he is a genuine trustworthy chap who I felt comfortable with him being around my family, which means a lot. Thanks Terry 👍

Had a great service completed. Found a bumble bees nest in my loft. I am very scared of bees so I hadn’t even been up to see what was the problem! Terry popped up and saw the nest. Gave us the solution to remove the bees and relocate them elsewhere. The bees were in quite a tricky position and Terry went above and beyond to remove them. He worked really hard in exceptionally hot and difficult conditions... in the middle of a pandemic! It’s easy to get in touch on Facebook. Really great service! Thank you

Excellent 1st class service! Contacted Terry from platoon, he came out the same day, was very thorough and found where the problem was coming from! Traps have been set and he is returning next Week to cement the hole which is the entrance of the mice! He reassured me A lot at a very worrying time! Would definitely recommend! Thank you 😃

This review has been a long time coming. Honestly I couldnt rate terry’s service enough. We had a problem with rats in our attic from when we where doing up our home. They found their way in and nested in our attic. Platoon came in found the potential entry points and sorted the problem within the space of two visits. We even had him to Do a loft clearance and get rid of all our loft insulation with all the droppings. He also sterilised the attic when he was finished. Top guy and a top service.
