Literally in the heart of the City Centre. A friendly, cozy place be it take-away or dine-in, it set your mood, gives you nice feeling of the place and nice friendly service which make a big difference than other well-known brand (which I patronised since it opened its door in the UK but NOVELTY fades away same with the product quality most specially appalling service of the other brand) I love my NERO Coffee and hope it will last for a long years to come.

Great staff who are really on the ball and friendly. All the usual coffee, food and other drinks selections. It isn't as cosy as I like a coffee shop to be though.
Probably the best Cafe Nero in the East of England! Very friendly staff, even dealing with the Pandemic with a smile. Coffee is always good
