It's not what it used to be. I don't know what they've done to the coffee? But it's just becoming worse over time. Staff is lovely, but there's not much you can do if the core product isn't up to scratch :( I used to be a Gold member and I've let that go. Not worth it, as their coffee gone down hill.

Appalling service today at Gentleman’s Walk Starbucks . Stood in queue for 20mins to then get to the desk to be told card machines not working and could I pay cash . Cash wasn’t a problem so gave £20 note to then be told that needs to be correct amount . Why is it when it suits Starbucks you can take payment by cash but when I didn’t have my card with me last week at Riverside Starbucks you wouldn’t take cash . I’m sure the cashier on today’s till over charged me . 2 medium coffee lattes with Coconut milk with sugar free caramel with cream and a bottle of water £11:90 ??????? And a 20 /25 min wait with only 2 other people in front of me . Tables outside full of dirty cups and didn’t see anybody cleaning or anti bac tables . What’s happened to Covid 19 and spraying tables & chairs . Customers picking up other peoples cups and disposing them there selves to sit down Disgusting

Coffee good..staff great...could have been a bit cleaner especially given in the middle of a pandemic!

Please be aware that this particular Starbucks are NOT accepting the paper £20, which is still legal tender as the Bank of England have still not given a date on when it will be taken out of circulation. When they do, they will give a 6 months notice to when it ends. I can't understand why this particular Starbucks are refusing when it will be over half a year before its taken out of circulation. Not sure on the legalities on them refusing legal tender. I highly recommend using any of the other Starbucks as they are all accepting it. (I have yet to find any other place that are refusing it) Also just to note they do not have any signage up stating that they are refusing to accept paper £20and are unable to give any reasons too.

A beautiful Georgian building in one of the best spots in town, yet so disappointing. I sat upstairs and it was empty. Easy to guess why. There are two armchairs of a vile snot green colour; they are filthy. Not so much afraid of getting Covid-19 from them, as Ebola, TB, Syphilis and Depression. The windows that have a splendid view onto Haymarket are equally dirty and cracked. It is disappointing. I can't imagine why you would have so little pride in your premises unless to show contempt for your customer's? In nice weather it is best to sit at the tables outside, at least you are guaranteed that the sweet Norfolk rain will have occasionally washed them down.
