Returned shoes that cut both my heels when worn for a short walk. Refused to refund and told to ring head office. I did this while still in the shop.. Head office person asked to speak to a member of staff.. I passed my phone over... the manager came rushing out of her office and took my phone from the staff member.... She then listened to the head office person for a minute and red buttoned him. He's a waste of ti.e she announced!!!

Two shops in city, online says one closed due to situation another one Open.. Surprise surprise after 20 min drive and waiting in the queue just to get my little one shoes it's bloody closed! How can you update opening hours for one but not the other.
Clarks at sainsburys in lincoln...........one particular staff member (Adele) very rude, apparently she was due on her break so she has to "rush us" rather then pass us on to another staff member ( 1 other customer in the shop) as we was taking too long to get a correct fitting for my daughter ,
Such a shame as we normally have good experiences here
