It's a shopping centre, not sure what else to say

I visited Pets at Home on the Carlton centre. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was 10 minutes to closing time. But the 2 Male assistants went out of their way to try and locate me some of their Puppy training pads. They checked the delivery that had just come in. They checked with the warehouse. Finally locating some at another branch. I will be picking them up tomorrow. That is what I call real customer service. Well done and a big Thank you

First time I've been here but with the current restrictions all the stores are pretty much on the money. Staff throughout were polite and helpful. Dunelm Cafe very reasonable! Worth a visit for a quick bite. 👍

Very busy with all the shops open again in this area. One way systems in operation throughout all the stores.
