Went there today for a drink. There was no hot chocolate, I also asked for a chocolate chip frap. Got to the window to pay to be told there is no chocolate chip fraps or anything similar. They didn't seem to know what stock they had.
Always friendly staff, but the manager/person in charge of stock is an absolute cowboy. Never visited the store without something being out of stock 🤦♂️
Tooo slow, nothing in stock, lazy staff, waiting for cofee 20 mins
Drive thru closed despite website saying it was open. Coffee was disgraceful. Waste of money and wasted journey.
Horrible staff. Lazy girls closed the drive through to take a 30 minute break. There are multiple baristas so it seems very unprofessional. The store is not open of course only drive through at the moment. A line of cars waiting for them to decide to start working again.
Drinks are well...starbucks.
