Fab selection on fluffy socks, and christmasy stuff. Always competitive prices and I didn't venture upstairs 🙄 not too many people in there, but it was first thing.

Visited the store today and needed a little help to find a product, u member of staff asked if I was OK and asked him for a few items which he happily got for me. Was such a nice young man really helpful and full of beans wish everyone in retail was as happy as him was a joy to be around.. I think his name was Alan

Customer service absolutely disgraceful, guy who was supposed to be on tills, wayne, rude and shouldn't be at front of house, waited over 10 minutes to get served to be greeted by him shouting 'what', definitely not customer friendly. Shop enforcing masks to be worn yet this staff member does not wear his correctly.
