Best Costa I have ever used! The staff were so friendly, from the drive through guy that took our order to the lady at the window. We were so very impressed. I would definitely stop here again and only wish every Costa was like this. Thank you for your amazing service
I travel all over the UK, stopping at numerous service stations for a coffee break. The friendly staff at Costa, at Watford Gap Northbound services, are by far, the best. I am a regular and always receive a warm welcome with a smile and a chat. If only every other service station was as good.
Impressive coffee, leagues above any other Costa I’ve visited. Enthusiastic service too. Only four stars because as with any Costa, it’s highly dependent on the server at the time.
Slow and inefficient service with poorly laidout queuing system. Avoid.
Lovely staff polite and friendly, but deffo one young lady could have my heart. Finally have a name for this young lady. Hope you read this caroline.
