FOR ANYBODY WHO MAY HAVE A CARD INSTEAD OF A KEY TO THEIR CAR. I got the dreaded "Card Not Recognised" so I took my car to the Renault garage and was told I needed 2 new keys and a card reader and was quoted £354.I was also told it would take 10 days to get the parts from France. I phoned Key Card Services at 6pm,they arrived at my house at 10am the following day as arranged. Two new keys (No new card reader needed) and 15 minutes later the car was ready to go, the cost being far less than quoted at the Renault garage at £190. Very happy at their prices,speed and professionalism

Well what can I say I am a carer in the community and need my car for this and in this awful time we are living with, my car decided not to start with my key card, me thinking omg what am I going to do need my car for getting to my lovely ladies, I rang these people and they were with me in an hour, what an amazing team this lady and gentleman were, all I can say is thank you without you I would not be able to do my job you are amazing and I am so grateful to you, because of you I can carry on doing my job, not all angels have wings lol, again thankyou x

Absolutely disgusted in this company was having a live chat with someone about my car not starting and said its something to do with the chip in my key, so they would send someone out to help with the problem at a reasonable price I was willing to pay, the women and man then arrived dressed in normal clothes arrived in a normal car no van or no logo, had me a little worried, all the lady had was a clip board thought okay, just for them to ask me to start my car and hear the clicking noise coming from underneath my bonet, straight away said something to do with my engine without looking underneath my bonet or having a look at my lights inside the car hurried away with £40 just for them to be stood there for 2 minutes website says no hidden costs well this came to a surprise, because they had literally done NOTHING and walked away with £40 when I was told there would be no cost if its under an hour there with me!! Complete waste of money now I have to go to a different machanic place to have exactly what I asked to have done in the first place!! This company instead they scam you with the coming out charge and do absolutely nothing with your car!!!! DO NOT TRUST they see a young driver and think they know nothing about cars,that's how they get there money FAKE advertisements
