The best experience ever!!! Carol and Holly are total Angels! I was totally dreading wedding dress shopping but they made it one of the best experiences of the wedding process. The shop is stunning and their selection of dresses is second to none! They have to best designers and if you are looking for something a little different, these dresses will not disappoint! Carol and Holly are warm, friendly, totally knowledgeable and will put you totally at ease! They will encourage you to try styles that may push your comfort zone boundaries but are completely honest about what will and won’t work for you, so you are left feeling totally confident in your choice. They are patient, kind and all round total babes! I loved my visits to white reflections and travelled over 7hrs both ways to the shop but when you find the one, it’s worth the trip! I came for a dress but left feeling like I’d gained two friends. I would give them 100 stars if I could! Holly and Carol, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Xxx

Beautiful bridal shop selling stunning dresses which have all been hand-picked by the owners. No bridal shop in Norwich has such lovely dresses, and Holly and her mum have done a fantastic place with White Reflections. The interior is cool and classy, and they do everything to make you feel really special- I had so much fun trying on dresses and they helped me find the perfect dress. Would recommend to any bride-to-be!

I cannot even begin to explain how lucky I feel to have found the ladies at White Reflections. From the moment I came across the store with the most dreamy selection of dresses and got in touch with them, they blew me away with how helpful and kind they were! I felt so lucky to find my dream dress during my first appointment, I didn’t need to look any further! The ladies were then there with me every step of the way! Through wedding postponements, the ups and downs of all the unknown! They did not hesitate to be there for me for anything I needed, ordering shoes, re-ordering different shoes, sending me my Rue De Seine jacket when I suddenly realised I needed it for a photoshoot, dress alternations and also just being down right awesome!! They are honestly the most amazing ladies and I will be eternally grateful for everything they did for me! I also had so many comments on my dress it was the most beautifully stunning dress I’d ever seen and I will treasure it forever!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time trying on dresses at White Reflections and would recommend them to every bride to be. Despite the current Covid restrictions Carol and Holly made sure the experience was special and exciting, as it should be. Feeling self conscious they instantly put me at ease and their relaxed approach made me feel comfortable to keep trying dresses so that I could feel sure about making a decision. Unlike other bridal shops I visited I get that I was given privacy at White reflections. They stock a fantastic range of designers and some absolutely stunning dresses. The help and support from the owners didn’t end after picking my dress. During full lockdown they went above and beyond, sending videos and advice to help me take measurements at home so that there wasn’t a delay in ordering my dress. I can’t thank them enough ❤️

Holly and her mum Carol are just amazing. I placed an order for a Rue De Seine Denim Jacket for my wedding in July and had quick communication confirming my order. Then I met them in person at Most Curious Wedding Fair and saw the jacket in the flesh. They both are so happy and passionate about their business and helped me with sizing and options. The jacket arrived a few weeks later and I love it and wore it on my wedding day. I wish I lived closer to visit the store in person but knowing Holly and her mum I'm sure it's wonderful and the best place to buy boho wedding dresses and accessories.
