Just been in the store today. Thought it was about time to buy myself a new pair of trainers and what better place to go than Main Source in Norwich. Great shoe selection and great customer service. Friendly guys and gals. Also the music was great. Recommend to anyone looking for some rarer and less common shoes and clothes. Some of them are only available in here and no where else in the country! 5 stars for top guys!

Absolute fantastic Store. Bought many pairs of sneakers and can only highly praise them on their products, service and delivery. Customer service superb quick responses to any questions you have unable to fault them Highly recommended

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Purchased a T-shirt that apparently wasn’t in stock. Spoke to the owner of the company two weeks later who was verbally abusive to me on the phone, and I was told it won’t be posted out and they’re not issuing a refund, I’ll have to make a claim through PayPal. The first and very last time I’ll be buying from this company, and judging by the owners attitude towards his customers he doesn’t deserve a penny. This is being reported to trading standards.
