So much in here
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Went in to look for a dress for my sisters wedding next year and came out with something else.
The staff at the Doir counter is wonderful.
The store is lovely, lots of have a look at and plenty to catch your eye but I went in for something specific at the makeup counters over the weekend and the woman who was working at the counter was seeing to another customer while I browsed the items. Once the customer had left, the staff member looked over and noticed I was there and I made eye contact at the time but she just continued doing other things and standing at the desk and when she finally came over I got the impression that she was assuming I wouldn't purchase anything from the Estee Lauder counter, she listed the price when I asked for a product that I've always used even though I didn't request the price, I just explained I was purchasing it. I asked for a setting powder also and she pulled something from a drawer and said 'I think you mean this' Very rudely and abrupt. It was a pressed powder but it does the same job. I felt quite awkward during the whole purchase until I paid and this woman only seemed to be interested and nice towards me when I bought the items. I don't know whether she assumed that because I'm a young woman that I couldn't afford it or for some other silly reason but I don't think I will be returning to that particular makeup counter in future.
Bought my Barbour Jacket here beautiful young lady assisted me with my purchase.. tyvm
The store is good but the beauty counter staff can sometimes be quite blunt even though I purchased.
