I have bought many gifts for family at the tannery. i also bought shoes for myself. Top quality products and amazing service. We should all support the independent shops, especially when they are run like this one.

I haven't bought anything yet, but being from an ethnic minority I must say I was treated with utmost respect and was made to feel appreciated and will definitely be buying the exquisite pair of shoes I saw.

Have bought several items from The Tannery over the years. Always had excellent service. Marcia in the Norwich shop is great and always helpful. Stock is top quality. I will continue to use it. It is one of the best shops in Norwich.

I don't know why I haven't posted a review sooner. I have been shopping at The Tannery for well over 10 years, ever since the owner opened up her shop in Holt for me one evening, just because I was looking in the window. Since that day, The Tannery has been my first stop for quality leather goods and handbags. I was delighted when The Tannery opened a store in Norwich and I haven't been disappointed yet.

It is always a pleasure to go to The Tannery. I always find the staff attentive but not intrusive. I hate being followed around in a shop. It makes me feel as though they think I am a shoplifter!! In The Tannery, the service is friendly, professional and the whole shopping experience is a joy. Marcia in particular always demonstrates excellent customer service. The Tannery is my first stop if I am buying a gift for a difficult person who seems to have everything. There is no hard sell and every time I go back it is a joy being given the space to explore and find those things that I just can't do without.
