Great service. I use Sparks foodhall to click and collect our Christmas food. Turned up to be given a trolley that was wiped down at the door by a friendly worker. Easy, hassle free experience with friendly and polite staff that seem to go the extra mile.Used 2 years in a row for Christmas food and both times has been a nice experience 👍🏻

Was not too happy, when shopping on.Monday was told you have a gift of a hessian bag, we haven't got any now, come on Thursday and we will have them. So.went back Thursday and was told who told you to come back we haven't got any. Not at all helpful or pleasant.

I was given a basket on arrival which was sanitised for me. I was looking for a product and the assistant was so helpful, they didnt have what I wanted but found me a very good alternative !! Not too busy and a pleasurable experience. Will go again soon.

I love M&S very good on social distancing and always someone on the door disinfecting baskets and trolleys.
