A member of staff very rude and unhelpful when asked where an item of clothing was. Never offered to show me herself and told me to stand back when accidentally moved near her. I know there is a pandemic but this was OTT behaviour. Not a pleasant shopping experience and will be in no hurry to return.

Staff available to help. Worth a trip as they are amazing, so much better than the majority of staff in chains. Every query is met with a smile.

Probably one of the smaller stores I've been in, but it is well stocked, staff are very helpful and the atmosphere is calming. An excellent shopping experience.
