I love JD for its overpiced Nike and other sportswear. The quality is really good (compare Primark) and pay more for durability. The staff are good guys, the manager of the day was really helpful. I'd rather pay extra for quality and a decent experience. Better colour ways in t shirts would be good. Acid yellow doesn't do it for me. I hate the way the cartel of manufacturers of trainers divide up the product between shops and what is in Footlocker isn't in JD and vice versa. It's not JDs fault though.

Placed an order weeks ago. Never received it and they won't respond to my emails (13 sent now). I just want my money back. I am having to go through an ombudsman now as they have took money off me not sent the goods nor given a refund. I advise you all to avoid them! Awful.

I placed an order on the 12th November, 1 of 3 items were delivered I have been trying to contact your customer service via phone and by email with no luck. How can this missing items from my order be resolved

Not a very big shop but they habe a decent selection of men and women nike clothing. Trainer selection isnt great but im proper into my trainers.
