Not much chose of healthy food just cakes and pastries. Having come back from France I wonder why English cafes get it so wrong. Staff always friendly

Always good for a cup of tea and a cake. Don't like the coffee they use. Hot chocolate is also good.

It's a purpose built Waitrose, so laid out well and usually well stocked. Friendly staff, a good Cafe, but sometimes not enough tills open. However, there is always someone with a clipboard who would rather write down they are short staffed rather than hop on a till..! Why when staff get given a clipboard, do they suddenly get above their station; customers should come first....!
