They either need to employ more staff here or close the store completely because it's completely useless at the moment. One staff member at the tills trying to manage ever-growing queue of customers is not enough and then waiting for your item for ages is another matter. It used to be completely different years ago, but I guess they used to employ more staff back then. Not shopping here anymore as it's too frustrating.

Had to queue alone for 20 minutes to pick up one small item that I had requested from another Argos location. Nice that so many locations are within a reasonable distance of one another, but I had hoped that it would have been ready by the time I had arrived. Again, great place to check if another location is out of stock.
