I bought my curtains here. The lady working at this section was really friendly and helpful. She explained everything and cut the curtains for me to the right measure. I finished sewing them yesterday and they look fabulous. Thank you. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Attempted purchasing an item via website. Informed me item was added to basket. Basket then empty. By the time I navigated back to page item was out of stock. Refreshing page listed item as in stock. Process repeated ad infinitum on three different browsers. Very disappointing stock management software. Impossible to buy from.

The delivered product turned out to be a cheaper model than the one ordered by us. Despite the attempts to communicate via email and a few phone calls, the attempts to solve the problem did not end with a satisfactory result. The seller showed a desire to get rid of the problem by returning the product and reimbursing the costs, regardless of the fact that the unsuccessful gift for our child will remain in the memory for a long time. This solution allows you to get rid of the problem for the seller and we still remain on our own. This type of solution is far from what the name of the seller is related to.Very dissapointed.

I used to love John Lewis and have shopped there, in London and since they took over Bonds in Norwich, for over 50 years. Sadly, over the last 5 years or so things have gone badly wrong, particularly with customer service and quality. We used to buy all our household goods there but there are better and cheaper options available now. I feel they are still hoping to retain loyal customers solely by virtue of the JLP brand (why did they waste so much money on the awful rebranding and black logo?) but I fear that unless customer service, value for money and quality return to the high standards we knew and loved, their days may be numbered, and that would be a tragedy.

Went to buy a Chromecast, but apparently despite carrying pretty much every other product made by Google in store, they don't carry the Chromecast. Then had the privilege of having to pay £1.70 to park for literally 10 mins to pick up the non existent Chromecast. Couldn't even get the shopper parking discount since I couldn't actually buy the Chromecast.
