Placed an order for 5 items on 22.11.20 for click and collect. Nothing on website to see if any problems with this service and everything said in stock. Waited in queue only to be told you had to wait for a text and this could take a week (not mentioned or clear on website). One week later and no text. Eventually got through to the store at Riverside, Norwich, only to be told they only had a landline number from us, which was a lie because the confirmation order came through to mobile phone and email address but not a text that order was ready to collect. Eventually admitted that it must have been a fault somewhere in system , after getting quite shirty with me. Funny enough we got an email 5 minutes after phone call saying we could collect. So much for click and collect. What an absolutely diabolical service. Not shopping at Argos anymore
It’s mediocre at best. While the staff are nice, the computers are a nightmare and it takes a long time to collect your item!
The rudest and most unhelpful Store Manager Matt (if he can call himself that), I have encountered in any store in the UK, not just Argos. I would avoid this store at all costs and find another local Argos around Norwich. If I could give minus -10 stars that wouldn’t quantify how dissapointed I am with the level of service received by Matt. He really shouldn’t be employed in a customer facing position, awful attitude!
Good customer service.
As it's based in a remote location compared to the one on St. Stephens Road, the queues are very short even in peak hours and the staff are helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
