I don't know if the whole staff is absolutely rubbish or if I just had bad luck but the lady dealing with me today did not know anything about the products in store or the finance plan installment customers can benefit.
The lap top displayed that triggered my attention was not available in store or at their warehouse, "why do you keep them on display" "...policy company..."
A laptop being 15% more expensive than if you buy it on amazon or manufacturer website
Not quite sure how curry can still exist with so many downsides
Cheerful, customer friendly staff even on a friday afternoon. Everything on shelves was clean and staff were COVID aware without holding a gun to your head like some places did.
Bought an apple i pad on line collected it, checked it out our home to see they have given the wrong colour. Called twice and was wanting an hour before answering. Gave up and tried on line customer service the person typed don't understand the question. Eventually my daughter went into the store today and waited 40 minutes still nothing was solved. I came out of work 3 hours earlier to sort out, waited over an hour on their phone which cost me and my daughter money when we called on our own phones as it's not a free phone call.
Cole on the computer section was really helpful. I'll come back with my daughter!
