Very disappointed. On my first visit they kept me waiting for 20 mins and just kept telling me how busy they were. I decided to give them another chance. Then, having told me that I had to be there for 4 in order to have my colour and cut they kept me waiting. By 4.25 I was still sitting there and nothing was happening....when I asked if they would be long I was told ‘they were so busy’, yet my hairdresser, who I was told was the manager, was just sitting at the reception desk - at this point I left! She appeared to have a total lack of appreciation or respect for her customers or her customer’s time.

I had my hair re done it looked a better colour when it was re done now it’s just gone back to yellow again I would like my money back so I can get it sorted out elsewhere

Let me sit for half an hour before telling me they were fully booked. Not a single acknowledgement entering the shop. Very poor.
