Our hot water cylinder decided to spring a leak and so we were left without hot water. I called TradeBee the next day and they were able to order a replacement and fit it the following day! Our engineer Alex was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and completed the work within 3 hours! I can't praise him or the company enough, fantastic service and at a good price. Will definitely use them again if required.

Our ancient Heating Boiler failed completely, and TradeBee gave us a competitive quote to fit a new Combi Boiler. The quote was received within 36 hours of our first call to them. The work was carried out the following week, and TradeBee supplied electric heaters for us during the upgrade (a 2-3 day job). Upgrading to a Combi from a conventional boiler is quite a complex job, but the work was carried out with a minimum of disruption to us. We now have a superb efficient/economical Combi boiler with wireless controls, and we are very happy !! Thank you Craig (office) and Luke (on-site engineer) for a really great job.

Can not talk highly enough of the service provided by trade bee today. Phoned at 4.10pm on Friday with an emergency burst pipe. Being bank holiday weekend all engineers were out on jobs and could not return in time to look at problem. Antony came out himself and fixed the leak within 15 mins and provided personal number incase of any issues over weekend. Went beyond the call off duty and provided 1st class service. Highly recommend, the work was carried out to the highest standard and also done in a proffesional manner. Great customer service and very friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

Had a visit to inspect the job. Have chased three times for a quote over the last three weeks, each time I was informed some one would call back with in the day. Still no quote received.
