The guys in PMT are super helpful and really friendly. I took my son there to buy his first guitar and their advice married up well with the above he had received from friends. The service is great and the prices are very fair. I can heartily recommend going to PMT if you are considering buying a guitar.
Staff were extremely helpful. We didn't feel like we were pressured to make any purchase and we were given as long as we wanted to test different keyboards.
Shop was fairly covid conscious, making us santize hands before using any instruments which was nice for peace of mind.

Went into Norwich shop with intention of buying a new guitar. But new rules wouldn't allow me to pick up a few guitars to try out, unless I was really interested in buying a particular guitar. Then went to a local independent who was happy to let me try out a few. Guess who got the money?
