Ques can be monstrous, fast pace service, if your looking for chat ect with your service you will be moved on swiftly, would be nice, sometimes to get more information on other things they offer,ie in the window sales and tech knowledge.
Clean, easy finding, manoeuvrability is easy access for all. Good prices. Online is good to navigate.

The website is very accurate. I looked for a game last night, found there was 1 left in stock, found and bought it today. Lovely staff, friendly atmosphere and well thought out covid measures. Good prices on the whole too
Super friendly staff, nice selection, and a well kept store. However they have sold me a water damaged phone which I was going to 48 hour return - I'm unsure whether my local store will actually believe it was bought in this condition. Most likely a one off mistake which I understand does happen but I may be out £150 because of it.
Update: as I suspected I've been accused of damaging the phone myself despite noticing the damage within 24 hours when it was sitting in my pocket and I had only just finished setting it up. I now can't afford a better phone and I'm stuck with a faulty phone which barely works. I find it a bit silly that it can be denied completely that it is possible that one mistake was made one time with one phone during the testing process (I have worked for CeX for several years so I am very familiar with both the testing process and the fact we are all humans who occasionally make mistakes in our jobs from time to time).
