Fantastic and friendly service. The guys fixed my laptop promptly and for a very reasonable price after I had accidentally spilled a glass of water over it. I'd previously taken it to PC World who were unable to fix it. Just wish I'd taken it here first. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Cane in looking for a specific product which I doubted they'd stock. The chap I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and whilst they didn't have what I wanted, he was able to give me some tips on where to look next. Great service.

Outstanding Service from Chris! My Dad (who struggles with technology, thus me writing this review on his behalf) bought some printer ink from Norwich Computers, and had some problems getting them to work. Despite his, and various family and friend's best efforts, he couldn't get anywhere with it. So he went back to the shop to ask for some advice. He saw Chris, who recognised him from the sale, and who was so incredibly kind and helpful. He reassured my Dad that he could absolutely make it work, and offered to sort it for him. He really went above and beyond in his customer service, allowing my Dad to bring the printer in. He charged my Dad absolutely nothing for this, despite the problem being more complex to fix then initially expected. What a lovey man! Thank you so much Chris, we would recommend this business to everyone! :)

Had a frustrating slow desktop that took ages to fire up and a long time even to load a picture. Norwich computers recommended installation of solid state hard drive and now the desktop is performing even faster than the improvement they said I would notice. Fantastic advice and service
