I have been a customer with Martins for over 2 years and been an audio enthusiast for 30 years. Over that time I have purchased from many different shops inc but not limited to Nintronics, KJ West one, Metropolis, Audio T, Oxford Audio, Sevenoaks and more. Although Nintronics is high on my list for friendly customer service Martins pips them by making you feel like you’re walking into your own home and they really understand high end Audio like no others. They won’t condescend or try to push you into buying the most expensive gear but more what’s right for you. On top of that they have a really great sense of humour and are experts at gauging customers. They also happen to sell some of the best brands on the planet and although they don’t have the floor space of the London shops they do have the experience and customer care like no other. They can always price match anyone and for all these reasons they would always be my first stop despite the fact I’m not into shop loyalty and my hifi came from multiple stores.
The place to come for decent hi-fi in Norwich. They'll take the time to find out what you need, what your budget is, and what type of music you'll be listening too. Staff are never pushy, and the time spent in the listening room is time well spent. Overall highly recommended.
Very good for hifi purchases, excellent service but also very good on list sales support. Highly recommended.
