Myself and my husband have been a tenant of Just Lets Oundle for 3 years and have just signed up for another year - they are responsive to our requests for any maintenance that is required and super friendly too. The house was clean and the gardens neat when we moved in and they have made our time in Oundle very pleasant.
Very particular with deposits and cleaning, but nothing terribly unusual there.
Main problem is that I was told the landlord wanted to sell, so I had to leave ASAP, only to find that the exact day I moved out the house was relisted for rent with around £100 extra slapped on the rent. The house also never appeared on ANY property sites as for sale. Why not just tell me the landlord wanted more rent so it could be discussed?
These people are complete scam artists. I wouldn't rent from them again even if it was free.
A fantastic bunch of ladies who will find you a home. I worked with Alex, who worked tirelessly to help me find the right home for my family. I highly recommend them--classy, dedicated, they are simply the best.
