I wanted to say what an amazing team you have there - from Ann, Nathan to your great trainers and brilliant therapists - however special mention to the lovely Debs who really truly reset me! I genuinely feel that meeting her has put me onto a different (far more positive) trajectory and for that I am extremely grateful. I will definitely be coming back, I really got a lot from the whole experience (and lost a lot too 😊) and would highly recommend Homefield Grange to everyone and anyone.

I spent two full weeks here in September (2020). My principal aim was weight loss but I also needed a full 'between lockdowns' detox and mental cleansing/relaxation. I had never been here before but it quite simply could not have been better! The personalised treatments and diet programmes led to me losing 30 pounds in my two weeks, I repeat, 30 pounds without feeling starved or unhappy! Homefield is relatively small, has a wonderful family atmosphere and is owned and run by its founders, established fifteen years ago. It has staff who are seriously of the highest quality, without exception; the rooms and decor throughout are excellent and, being in the middle of the countryside, it is a naturally relaxing venue. The diet and food plans so painstakingly created over the many years, are explained and shared with the guests in detail. After leaving you are given access to the full range of recipes on their private website and you receive a daily email from the owner for thirty-one days after you leave which seriously helps you to maintain what is started at the retreat. As a result of this and, in my case for the first time ever, I have been able to continue with the programme without stress and have kept all the weight off. I truly loved my time at this place and, hopefully, I will be back there again the next time that I need to be spoiled, to lose weight and to relax. An unusual combination!

Homefield Grange is a place like no other... an outstanding wellbeing retreat. The staff are friendly and professional, the food is healthy and beautiful, and I came away feeling restored, rejuvenated and 5lb lighter in just a weekend. The spa and treatments are wonderful... a much needed treat after months of lockdown. If you are looking for a perfect getaway and inspiration for a kickstart to a healthy new way of life then look no further than Homefield Grange. We have already booked our next stay and will most certainly be regular visitors to this beautiful place.
