I visited Kolaine Beauty Lounge for an advanced cosmetic procedure. I was really anxious, especially as I was having treatment on my face. Kolaine made me feel very welcome, she is extremely professional, she put me at ease and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the results, the treatment left a very small red mark which after a few hours has already gone down. I really wish I had had the treatment sooner. Fantastic service and treatment, I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you x
Initially had to re-arrange my appointment due to the second lockdown, which was done very efficiently. So clean and friendly. Had an advanced electrolysis procedure, which was explained fully leaving me with no questions unanswered. 2 weeks down the line and I am amazed at the results. Highly recommend to anyone.
I had an amazing Facial! The building was beautifully decorated and felt extremely comfortable! The facial itself was so relaxing and professional! My skin feels divine and I felt so relaxed I came home and had a nap straight afterwards! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

I enjoyed my visit this week for electrolysis. The procedure was slightly painful but the results are more than worth it! Lovely atmosphere, very professional service and purchased some lovely products on display.
