Booked in for a pamper on my birthday. Had to wait for 15 minutes for my appointment after I arrived on time.
The lady owned it did my appointment. I tried to initiate conversation but it didn’t get far. She didn’t even offer any small talk, not so much as a “how are you today?” She just talked amongst her colleagues and at one point she shouted her colleague’s name right across the room right in my ear as she was doing my brows. I honestly felt invisible.
It’s a massive shame as I was fairly happy with my brows but just a little politeness and acknowledgement goes a long way. It costs nothing to be nice and so for that I won’t be returning.
Amazing friendly staff, had 0.5ml lip top up and couldnt be happier with the result. Definitely my go to place now
