got my nails done there on Thursday 24th December 20 , and I’m very disappointed in how my nails turned out , so I went there with my specific design which was ( long french V tip , coffin shaped , acrylic nails , white tip on the right hand and red tip on the left hand) , but I was told that I arrived late so they can’t do my design and that I have to choose something quick and easy and so I chose white stiletto gloss nails with just normal polish. They did their thing of putting the tips on and filing them and applying acrylic on my nail and the tip and putting nail polish and everything, as soon as they are done I’m told to put my hands under the light for the top coat polish to dry and there’s no communication of how long I have to sit there for , but now I’m sitting there waiting for someone to come because I felt like it was too long and nails have dried , than I call this other lady and ask her to come check if it’s dried and she says it’s fine I can go but she didn’t tell me I was supposed to wait for 1 hour 15 min for it to dry out they telling me when I’m going , after sitting not knowing how long I’m supposed to be there under the light for , in the salon there so much lack of communication and it’s not good but I’m disappointed about is that the acrylic application under the normal nail polish is bumpy and thin , they don’t put cuticle oil , when I left my cuticles were dry , and that’s all I can say, they don’t value their work at all and I’m never going back there , poor customer service.

Went on Friday and they're the best nails I've had done! Highly recommend them they're a cute family run business!!

Been a client here since I was 15, nearly 20 now and still super happy with the treatment and care. Lovely people, affordable and my nails always look lush. Get lots of compliments at work and would recommend Creatip to anyone, especially as they do walk-ins (although I always book)

The best place to get your nails done, don't snap or break and have amazing colours, the staff are super talented and friendly
