I love these yoga classes, in a group and on zoom. Vicky talks you through each pose and makes sure you get there correctly to make sure you are getting the best out of each pose. Vicky makes sure that poses are adaptable to make them easier or harder to suit your abilities. I would recommend these classes to anyone. Vicky is a great teacher.

Vicky is a fantastic teacher, every class is delivered perfectly and professionally. She talks you through each pose exceptionally well and every class I attend is a joy. I am so grateful that Vicky has been able to offer her classes on zoom and hope this can continue.

Equanimity Yoga offers an inclusive yoga programme. Whatever your experience, Vicky creates a sense of calm as you move into poses at your own level. Alternatives are always given. Instructions are clear and Vicky has a friendly, positive, encouraging manner as she guides us through her well planned classes. Regulars also benefit from extras like meditation and nidra sets.
