service terrible
Costa coffee is brilliant but this was the first time ever it was horrible taste staff is ok the person who served me was good but the lady who made coffee wasn't good in fact I heard her passing weird comment on my order wouldn't recommend...
Went for a hot chocolate and toastie after some treatment - Toastie was great hot chocolate was awful! Took it back told them it tasted like hot water - No flavour - really helpful exchanged it. Unfortunately it was still the same!! 😱😱 So I told them again they offered another again I refused.
Just for info the Hot Chocolate is usually lovely !!!!!!!
Nice to have somewhere to be comfortable and have your chosen drink when the worry of a friend or relative is an inpatient weighs on you. Pleasant efficient staff and usual Costa high standards.
Ok for take out but busy and opposite the loos
