We had the Christmas turkey platter but it was barely warm. There were no china cups for hot drinks. The £1 coffee and a muffin is good value.

Cheap and quick, but.. Tables are always dirty, Cutlery is always Dirty, they don't drain the oil out of there breakfast items, they just throw it into the plate and it shows, if you go later on you can tell the beans have been reheated to many times. The kitchen staff need to be sorted out, they seem lazy and in need of management.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. £4:00 for a cheese tostie that was burnt. Also there’s never any staff, takes ages for them to eventually come and take an order. Two people ended up leaving they were waiting so long. Wrong change given (was meant to get £18.75 tried given me £16. Cutlery is not always the cleanest when getting them “clean”

WAS okay - until they did away with the Barista Bar. I asked a staff member why it had been removed and she said it wasn't making enough money, but she added that it hadn't helped that it was never permanently staffed. (Customers had to wait for service until they were noticed by one of the trained barista staff members who then came over). I have made one visit since then to the cafeteria and on that occasion there were hardly any staff at all - meaning a long queue, rubbish on tables and one of the self-service coffee machines had run out of coffee, resulting in even more queuing. In the space of three or four months, what was a nice little cafeteria has really gone down the pan.

If you want a breakfast in morrisons go to Wisbech, honestly the best breakfast I have ever had. Kettering morrisons is not as good. But you cannot beat morrisons for a breakfast. How all supermarkets should be.
