It was my first visit to Lavender Bee Tearooms and I was not disappointed. It is very Lavender in decor which gives its name a meaning. We were served very quickly and I had a very tasty freshly made egg mayo sandwich served with salad and homemade coleslaw. We sat inside as it was raining but there are lavender seats and tables on the decking outside. Better to book so you know you have a table.
Lovely meal today, staff very accommodating. I can recommend the chicken and pineapple curry. My friend recommends the savoury afternoon tea, so plenty thar she took home a goody bag because she couldn't finish it!
Went for afternoon tea and it was fab. Going back on my birthday for lunch. Family owned and run. The scone are the best I've ever tasted and the family are so friendly.
We went for the Halloween event, first time we had visited we was made to feel very welcome the staff took the time to speak to the children such a lovely atmosphere we will definatly visit again.
Try the Club sandwich! I couldn't finish it even though I was hungry when I ordered it. Booking a table is recommended because Lavender Bee is very popular.
