Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a long term solution to their pain. James was able to reduce my back pain drastically within the first two sessions and then gave me exercises so that’s it didn’t come back, which it hasn’t! Very friendly, professional and really understands people and how to get the best from them.

I have had back pain for years which has limited what I can do with the family (days out, playing in the park and long walks etc) and really got me down. I did not know physiotherapy can help fix these issues and I cannot thank Innovate Physiotherapy enough as I enjoyed Christmas pain free for the first time in years! Anybody who is unsure as to whether physio will help I cannot recommend enough. Thank you

Very professional service. James was extremely welcoming and understanding of the issues I've been suffering with an old lacrosse injury in the groin region. He knew exactly what I needed and was not afraid to get in deep to rectify the problem. It's safe to say since then I've been more supple than a spring chicken and this has been reflected in my performances both on and off the field.
