Haven’t been into Thorns for years, but recently moved into a city centre apartment so Thorns is now my local hardware store.
As someone who is new to DIY and general maintenance of a home, the gentleman working in the store were very helpful and immediately directed me and partner to the area of the store we needed.

Placed an order online for the 1st time. 1 week later they call to say all but 1 of my items is out of stock. Not worth the postage for the 1 item so have been refunded. Wouldn't have minded if they'd told me a day or 2 later but 1 week is unacceptable. I was going to order with another supplier but they're now out of stock aswell. Not a happy customer.
My favorite shop in Norwich, what would we do without Thorns, no mater what you need the staff will help you find it. l have been shopping here for over 30 years and its always a pleasure. Thank you Thorns.
